Access/MSDE/SQL internet licenese?

I know that SQL Server cost plenty to license for internet use...per year. But is there the same costs for MSDE and/or Access? I was recently told that every internet user would have to have a license to use a site that had Access as the database. I'm really not sure how true that is or if its MS support fobbing me off. Anyone know?MSDE doesn't have that $5k/cpu license that sql server has. However, as a developer, you have to sign off a redistro rights thing.

READ! I told you already, there's no price on MSDE, but there's a price on SQL Server.|||IT DOESNT SAY! I'm obviously going blind. Show me where it says that I don't have to buy a license, even for 25 users, when it's the persistant store to a web application. Sure it says you can, but doesn't state that it's at no extra cost. For example, if you look at the SQL license stuff it says $xxx per license but you have to dig around to discover that's not true for a internet facing SQL Server. That's $xxxxxxxxxxxx!
